C-PEC worked with the owners and construction team of a new apartment community to supply energy efficient Maytag commercial washers and dryers reducing water usage in the laundry room.  The equipment provided for the resident’s use, operates through a reloadable laundry card eliminating cash stored in each machine.  Residents reload a laundry card that is customized with the apartment property’s design enhancing the image of the property.
