Mod at Mills

The multi-housing team at C-PEC provided and installed commercial grade stacked washer dryer units for a significant apartment remodel project.  The C-PEC team recommended an equipment package for a laundry room that was limited on space however needed to have the capacity to support many units.  The owners wanted to provide the residents with the ability to pay with both quarters and electronic payment methods.  The finished result is a laundry room that enhances the image of the property and accommodates the needs of a diverse resident base.
